Online Webinar: Starting a Business Plan & SBA Resources

About this Event

In this joint webinar, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will provide an overview of small business resources, while SCORE will take you through important elements of a Business Plan. You’ll learn the relevance of a business plan to the success of a small business, various parts of a business plan, and simple steps to keep in mind as you develop your own.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Janelle Green from the SBA’s Sacramento District Office economic development team will deliver the presentation. Created in 1953, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is the only cabinet-level federal agency fully dedicated to small businesses and provides counseling, capital, and contracting expertise as the nation’s only go-to resource and voice for small businesses.

Dipali Buch has been a SCORE small business mentor for over 20 years. In the academic field for many years, she currently teaches business and entrepreneurship courses as an adjunct professor with the Los Rios Community College District, where she is also involved with college activities such as professional development, diversity and inclusion, and student success.
