Speakers: Rachel Rosen & Jye Turk

Rachel is a seasoned DEI facilitator, practitioner, and the founder of S.P.A.R.K. She believes that intentional conversations are vehicles for change. Her work sits at the nexus of her professional and personal life, as Rachel’s wife is African American, and she wants their future children to live in a more just and equitable world. With a Masters from Stanford and extensive training in equity leadership development, the S.P.A.R.K. approach is grounded in theory, practice, and a commitment to antiracism.

Jye Turk is a facilitator, strategist, and practitioner at S.P.A.R.K.. With extensive experience facilitating and teaching, he brings such an important lens to the work. He’s also a super-connector and cares deeply about sparking community conversations and connections so they can realize their potential, collaborate, and ultimately have a positive impact on humanity.
