Practical Tools to Identify Your Customers - it's easier than you think!

Practical Tools to Find Your Customer – It’s easier than you think!

Understanding the market landscape will help you minimize the risks associated with creating a new product or service. Identifying your customer in detail will allow you to focus your brand marketing efforts in the most cost-effective way possible. This is a vital step for any business to enjoy optimal success. One of our first tasks at WholeHearted was to identify our target audience. While a wide variety of people engage with WholeHearted, we needed to know exactly who to market our services to. In this session, Heather, David and Sarah will walk you through their journey in identifying potential customers and share the tools they used. They will showcase how easy the process was once they knew the right questions to ask. Unpacking their customer’s lifestyle, habits and needs made new product development a less stressful and more productive endeavor.

About WholeHearted

WholeHearted was founded in 2020 amid the pandemic to offer a heart-centered community for personal growth. Our on-line community and courses empower people with awareness, clarity, and connection so they can experience unconditional love within themselves, with others and the world.
