Hemant Chhajwani is a Principal/Owner of Chhajwani Investment Group, an investment fund founded in 2013 that owns and manages a portfolio of holdings in commercial real estate and private businesses predominantly in the Southeast.  The firm’s direct/fund investments are predominantly in such sectors as multi-family, debt/fixed income, retail and medical office.

Prior to 2013, Hemant’s previous work experience was at such firms as HD Supply, Ernst & Young and RBC Capital Markets where he focused on mergers & acquisitions, valuation and corporate strategy.  He has a BBA in Finance from Emory University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Hemant is currently a mentor with SCORE and also provides advisory services on a consulting basis to investment firms in the local area.  He and his wife, Anita, live in the Brookhaven area and enjoy reading, traveling internationally, spending time outdoors and exploring new food.
