Support Broker Initial Certification Training

This is an online Orientation.
Initial Support Broker Training and certification is required before a Support Broker can provide services. Certification is valid for 2 years.
It is expected that all attendees will actively participate and comply with the expectations of the class, including evaluations. Trainees will be required to demonstrate core competency by passing an exam. Because the information is critical to the success of this program, participants must log in on time. Registration is required.
Initial Support Broker orientation is March 9. You will have one week from the start of the class to complete it. Upon passing the exam, a certificate will be automatically generated.
