Cyber Security Considerations for Small Businesses

While the internet is an indispensable tool for personal and business use, it is not a safe place.  We have entered a golden age for hackers, putting businesses at risk from a variety of attacks including malware, plishing, and ransomware. The consequences of a cyber attack for businesses can be substantial, including data loss, data theft, monetary theft, government fines, lawsuits, reputation loss and even going out of business.  While no business is immune from cyber attacks, there are things that can be done to reduce the likelihood and the impact of such attacks. One of the first steps is increasing the overall security knowledge.

Join us for a discussion of the aspects of cyber security with a security professional Michael McCartney.  This is a free webinar.
