How it Can Help You
To help provide a level playing field for small businesses owned by socially and economically disadvantaged people or entities, the SBA developed the 8(a) Business Development program. This program provides qualifying businesses, which include woman-owned businesses, with a variety of supports including preferred access to portions of certain government contracts.
Through a relationship Treasure Coast SCORE recently developed with weVENTURE (the Women’s Business Center at Florida Tech), we are offering you access to a webinar that will help you understand:
