Overview: This workshop addresses many of the legal issues of critical importance to the formation and success of a new small business.
The topics covered include:

- Obtaining permits and satisfying other government requirements
- Finding the right insurance
Neil Rubenstein is an attorney and a SCORE counselor. He retired in February 2015 from his position as a shareholder in a San Francisco law firm. During his 38-year career as a practicing attorney, he worked with banks and other companies on a wide variety of finance, business and real estate matters. He received his B.A. degree from UCLA in 1974 and his J.D. degree from UCLA School of Law in 1977.
