Support Broker Re-Certification Training 

Support Broker Training and certification is required before a Support Broker can provide services. Certification is valid for 2 years. 

It is expected that all attendees will actively participate and comply with the expectations of the class, including evaluations. Trainees will be required to demonstrate core competency by passing an exam. Because the information is critical to the success of this program, participants must log in on time.  Registration is required, and emails will come from Go to Training "Organizer".  

After you take the Initial Support Broker orientation you will have one week to review all of the self-guided modules, take the quizzes and take the final exam.  After attending the orientation, a certificate will be automatically generated for your records, and links to the module materials will be shared. After passing the exam, a certificate will be emailed to you in about 2-3 weeks.  If you have questions about the training, or if you require any special accommodations, please email natoya.mitchell@maryland.gov.
