What’s Cooking at Trinity? Charcuterie paired with Wine and Prosecco!
Two fabulous Alumnae, Gina Capitannini ‘76, owner of The Italian Village Restaurants, and Tricia Romano Barry’ 80, Managing Director of Romano Imports, are going to host a zoom What’s Cooking at Trinity? class on Thursday, April 29th at 6 pm. They will discuss the history and the creation of charcuterie and how to pair it with wines and prosecco.The zoom will end with a competition of the participant’s charcuterie trays… prizes will be awarded!! Please join us for this fun event!!
