This Live Online Workshop will help you in developing a full understanding of the profitabiity of your business concept. You will learn which costs and expenses need to be factored into your Profit/Loss outlook.

As importantly, you will be able to forecast the Cash Flow of your enterprise. Avoiding negative cash flow is the key fundamental in ensuring the longevity of your company.

You will be shown how the basic financial elements tie together:

By the end of the Workshop you will have gathered the data that will tell you if the commitment of your time, effort, and personal assets will generate the profits that make it all worth it.
