This 90-minute workshop will discuss the most common mistakes committed by small nonprofits. Learn how to manage your board, stay faithful to your mission, budget enough for your projects and other tips to avoid mistakes that could be costly to your organization.

 

The last 30 minutes will be devoted to your questions.

 

About the presenter: Edita Cruz Cruz is a Business graduate from the University of the Philippines. She spent almost 30 years in high-tech (IBM, Apple, HP) before jumping into the nonprofit sector. She managed Martha's Kitchen for 18 years and is the recipient of the Jefferson Award. She is currently on the board of Hunger at Home.
