Led by seasoned sales consultant and SCORE NYC mentor Robert Serabin, this session will focus on steps of the Trust-Centered Selling Process. It will offer the opportunity to practice those skills in front of an audience of your peers and the instructor, who will give useful feedback on your ability to incorporate them into your selling approach.

Presenter:  Robert Serabin

Robert Serabin is a Sales and Marketing professional having more than 30 years’ experience in Aerospace, Industrial and Commercial markets. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a MBA from Baldwin Wallace College. He has worked at both large and small companies, including his own consulting company. He has been a Score mentor since June 2014. He is the author of How to Conquer Your Fear of Selling and Close that Deal.
