Steve Englehardt is a current SCORE Mentor for the US Small Business Administration, mentoring small businesses to help them develop and grow. He is a frequent speaker at SCORE seminars and other events on issues of finance, sales, business planning and management. Steve has worked with start-ups and Fortune 50 companies in virtually every industry and is skilled in the government bidding and purchasing processes.

Steve was a Corporate Vice President, Sales and Marketing involved with sales of high-tech products and software to the financial industry. He is a former bank holding company director and currently serves on the boards of a travel company, semiconductor company and the East Valley Institute of Technology Banking School where he also teaches. He was a U.S. Army electronic technician assigned to the National Security Agency. Post retirement he was a National Park Ranger proudly serving in eight National Parks. So, it’s not always been about business!

George F. Sezemsky Is an entrepreneur in the promotional products industry; he purchased a franchise, grew the business for 7 years, sold it and retired. He has 26 years of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow experience for the medical equipment, scientific instruments, fractional HP motors, and injection molding industries. He is experienced in marketing, engineering, manufacturing, quality, customer service, and sales. Mr. Sezemsky has worked with large, medium, and small company management and engaged in start-up activities.
