What COVID prevention measures or requirements will there be?

As New York State health guidelines evolve over time, we will follow all State and Federal health protocols provided.

As of September 2021, we will be requiring everyone on-campus to be vaccinated, providing proof of vaccination at the registration table.

Children under 12 years of age will be required to show proof of a negative 72-hour COVID test.

The event is outdoors and under tents. Masks will be required under the tents, inside rest rooms and in buildings.

We look forward to safetly celebrating with you all!

I am interested in attending the weekend as a Rural Women's Assembly guest. How do I register?

This year's RWA is integrated into the 40th Anniversary weekend. RWA attendees tickets will be able to enjoy all 40th Anniversary activities and meals planned as well as separate RWA specific activities during workshop, panel and service times. On the registration form, please proceed to purchase a regular ticket for either the weekend or single day and click the "I identify as a woman and am attending the event as a guest to the Rural Women's Assembly" box.

How should I dress for the weekend?

Our new home at the Grail in Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY, is on a beautiful 44-acre Hudson Valley campus surrounded by Storm King Mountains. As most of our campus is fields and trails, we asked that our guests wear walking shoes.

Is there parking on campus?

Yes! We have a large field dedicated to parking for all in-person guests. Carpooling is encouraged. For those who need accessible parking, please let our parking attendants know and we will provide the necessary accomodations.

What is your rain policy?

The Anniversary Weekend is a rain or shine event. We will have tents and some indoor activities. In the event of rain, we advise ponchos, boots, umbrellas and rubber duckies. In the event of sunshine, we advise sunglasses, sunscreen, water and pink flamingos.

I would like to attend but cannot afford the ful ticket price.
