St. Pat's10th-12th Grade Mission Trip
Lake Traverse, SD
June 27 - July 2 

Registration opens at 6am on Thursday April 29

A mission trip can be a very rewarding and even life changing experience. While in Lake Traverse, SD we will spend our days building and repairing homes for families in need and leading Vacation Bible School for the children in the community.  Our nights will be filled with group fun, cultural experiences, praise and worship, and small group time.  Who: Current 10^th – 12^th grade students (2020-21 school year.)

Where: Lake Traverse, South Dakota

When: Sunday June 27^th – Friday July 2nd (returning by 1pm or earlier)

What: We’ll dedicate our week to serving the community of Lake Traverse in various ways...

“One of the most unique partnerships YouthWorks is developing in Lake Traverse is with the old middle school in the middle of town, which is being converted into a community education and activity center. Your group will help facilitate children’s programming at this building, serve the residents in local assisted living facilities/nursing homes and help out with other work projects in the community. You’ll learn about Dakota culture from a community friend, and explore a state park that is spiritually significant to the local tribe. YouthWorks has partnered with this community since 2005” – YouthWorks.

This trip is limited to 44 participants (current 10th-12th grade) and priority is given to students who are active at St. Pat's and to those who first complete their registration and payment.
