Laurie Marshall

For over 20 years, Laurie has been counseling clients on trademarks, copyrights and the legal aspects of branding. Laurie was trademark counsel for Major League Baseball for 10 years and continues to represent many MLB clubs, the National Basketball Association and hundreds of small businesses. She speaks regularly on the Legal Aspects of Branding a Small Business at events and conferences throughout the country. She holds a JD from Hofstra University School of Law.

Jed has over 20 years of experience assisting clients with intellectual property, merchandise licensing and technology matters. Before starting his law firm, Jed Mullens Law, in 2010, Jed worked as in-house counsel at a New York-based entertainment company. Before that he worked as an intellectual property and technology attorney for law firms in New York and Silicon Valley.  Jed received his J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law and an LL.M. in Trade Regulation from NYU.
