A Plan of Conservation and Development provides every municipality an opportunity to imagine a new vision for its future. A vision that reflects the diverse voices of communities will ensure equitable growth and promote a sustainable downtown renaissance. Learn how three communities, Bridgeport, Danbury, and West Hartford, undertook a collaborative participation process that engaged residents, business owners, and stakeholders from Plan visioning to implementation.
