The SCORE Small Business Achievement Awards is an annual event that celebrates the outstanding achievements of America’s small businesses. You are invited to join SCORE Chester & Delaware Counties in recognizing the small businesses in our community.

We welcome the insights of a passionate local business leader and ‘eclectic’ entrepreneur to inspire our award winners, small business owners, entrepreneurs and community partners for their resilience and ability to find ways forward in times of chaos and crisis.

Susan Springsteen is President and CEO of H2O Connected LLC, a woman-owned Qualified Opportunity Zone Business whose multi-patented water loss and damage prevention technology can save water and money for the 150+ million single family, multi-tenant, and hospitality properties in North America alone.   

From an early childhood passion with all-things-horses to a 25-year wealth management career focused on small business clients, Susan will share life lessons and her view of what it takes to launch a high-tech scalable innovation, made in the USA – growing revenues, profits, jobs and career opportunities in Coatesville, PA.
