  Michael Marx -mentors SCORE clients on the understanding of consumers, consumer segments, effective marketing and communication approaches under the business area of financial services and consumer trends.

 Michael’s 44-year work career focused on understanding consumer attitudes and behaviors to allow for more effective marketing targeting and business decision making.

 Michael has been a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences as well as a lecturer at payments education programs. As a result of his extensive experience in presenting, Michael developed a communications skills workshop for Visa employees which he gave numerous times.

 Michael holds a BA in Politics from University of California at Santa Cruz and an MA in Communications from University of Pennsylvania.
