ICPC of Florida Presents A Seminar by Barry Kalmanson to Raise Funds for the Improved Construction Practices Committee's PAC

This seminar is designed to assist anyone who is not an expert in the lien law.  It teaches the basics as well as how to apply the lien law in real world situations.  Topics include: an overview of the lien law, who & what is lien able, lien and bond claims, releases, and waiver forms.

Guest Speaker Barry Kalmanson, Esquire

A central Florida native, Mr. Kalmanson received both his Bachelor of Science degree in building construction and his law degree from the University of Florida. Mr. Kalmanson is a certified building contractor and a Florida Real Estate Commission licensed real estate broker. He has served as Chairman of the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board pursuant to an appointment by former Jeb Bush. Mr. Kalmanson concentrates his legal pratice in the construction industry. He is the author of How to File a Florida Construction Lien (And Collect!) and many other publications.
