Join Start Small Think Big along with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and Small Business Majority (SBM) for a workshop on choosing the right entity for your business.

 

This workshop is designed to give you an overview of the various legal structures that are available to you if you decide to start your own business (e.g., LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp, Sole Proprietorship, co-ops, etc.), as well as some of the legal and tax consequences of each. This workshop will be an important first step in choosing the legal structure that works best for you.
