Raising Money--Crowdfunding, Angels and Other Sources- 06/23/2021 - C0010

About this event

They fill the gap in start-up financing between "friends and family" who provide seed funding, and formal venture capital. Learn about fundraising from seasoned angel investors: how you pitch your ideas, determine evaluation, prepare due diligence and negotiate terms.

This interactive seminar will provide you with the tools to understand and effectively convince the right funders for your business.

You'll learn:

  • How crowdfunding works
  • How to find and select the angels
  • Developing your pitch
  • Determining valuation (usually lots of questions on this topic)
  • Preparing for due diligence
  • Negotiating the term

Come prepared to tell your story:

  • how funding will give you the tools to reach your goals
  • why your business is better than your competition.
