The BIA Baldy View Chapter is revamping their Emerging Leaders Group to help encourage more young professionals to get engaged in the Baldy View Chapter. The goal in 2021 is to grow the Emerging Leaders through both virtual and in person events throughout the year. We will have the second Morning Buzz featuring Phil Burum, current City Manager at the City of Fontana. Phil is also a past president for the Baldy View Chapter and served as Vice Chair for the BIASC Governing Board.
