Sal was an international banker for 25 years, with extensive experience in credit, finance and banking operations. Upon his retirement he moved to Florida with his wife, Robin.  After a short period of providing consulting services he started his own business in the Treasure Coast by acquiring a franchise.  He was involved in all aspects of the business, from marketing, to maintaining his own accounting records. After twelve years of successful operation, growing to four different locations, Sal sold his business and he’s now fully retired. He holds a B.S. degree in accounting, masters in finance and speaks four languages. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Creating A Financial Plan-09/21/2021

 

Building a financial plan when you are starting or managing a business is essential for any business owner. A financial plan is absolutely vital when preparing a business plan, when trying to find funding, and for managing your business profitably.

This workshop covers:

 ·        Forecasting start up expenses and capital requirements

 .        Forecasting salaries and other operating expenses

 .        Developing a sales forecast

·         Building and understanding cash flow projections

·         Using different economic scenarios for your financial plan

·         Analyzing  present and future financial needs        

·         Identifying funding sources and requirements to obtain                    financing

By the end of this session, you will have a better understanding of financial planning, which will help you manage your business and be prepared for unexpected circumstances.
