Are you starting your own business or running one now?  You will need more than a great idea or product to enjoy the roller coaster ride of small business ownership.  We all need to do the mindset work upfront and day-to-day to be prepared for what might come, both the high points and low points and days when we ask why am I doing this? 

This workshop will:

• Describe the importance of mindset to address the roller coaster nature of starting and running a business.
• Highlight the signals that you’re set up for success or that there are red flags.
• Provide opportunity to work with others facing a similar challenge.

Presenter: Melissa Carson

With over 25 years working in the talent management field at large global organizations prior to starting her own consulting and coaching business, Melissa Carson is focused on coaching executives and defining and implementing talent strategies.  She is focused on helping scaling businesses harness the full potential of their employees through effective people programs and processes so that they can achieve their organizational goals.  She is a certified coach (ACC level) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds SHRM and HRCI certifications as well as 360 Assessment and Team Effectiveness tool certifications.
