Google Analytics is a fantastic, free tool.  No matter if you have a 2-page website or a massive eCommerce website, you can use Google Analytics to understand how your customers are using your website and where you can improve their experience. We will go through a walk-through of how you can set up Google Analytics so you can start getting data from your own website. 

This is a free webinar but registration is required. After registering, your confirmation email will contain information about joining the webinar.

Mo Hossain is a Workshop Presenter volunteer for SCORE and an expert in Business Data Analytics and Website Optimization. Mo worked in NYC and London with international companies for several years, where he helped major retailers, media and technology companies make sure their customers were having a great user experience. After working as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Software Developer and DevOps Engineer, he decided to open up his own business, Data Up, to help small and medium size businesses understand their data and create a better online experience so their customers keep coming back. 

Cancellation Policy: 

If you need to cancel you must notify us via email 7 days prior to the workshop date. A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once it is received. Calling the SCORE Fort Worth office is not acceptable for a cancellation notice. All no-shows or cancellations after 7 days will lose their paid workshop fees. 

All workshop fees must be paid in advance prior to workshop date. For security purposes we will not be able to accept payment for workshops at the door unless workshop is being held at James E. Guinn complex in Fort Worth, TX.  

CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO: Jenny Day at ch.admin0120@scorevolunteer.org. Any other means of cancellation will not be accepted.
