This interactive session will delve into lessons from MASSCAP's research-based Job Readiness and Employability Development curriculum, with a focus on developing participants' soft skills such as time management, listening skills, and working on a team. We'll focus on the most relevant topics during this evolving time. You'll learn how to integrate effective activities virtually, during one-on-one case management/counseling/coaching sessions, during workshops, or in a classroom.
