Now retired from the public and private sectors, in the US and as an ex-pat in Europe, Larry McKinley has enjoyed a highly varied career as a classroom instructor, sole proprietor and a VP in charge of more than 400 employees in three countries.
Much of his career was spent in manufacturing for the semiconductor industry, specializing in Operations, Quality and Human Resources management.
He is familiar with the major process analysis and optimization tools and several ISO standards, financial reporting and analysis, payroll/benefits, and goal setting and performance evaluation tools.
