By now, we probably all know that gratitude is good for us. Increasingly there is data, evidence, and research supporting the benefits of gratefulness. You can read books, articles, and peer reviewed research on the efficacy of gratitude practices. This PT for the Soul will have very little of that. Instead, we will run through a series of exercises and experiences designed to help you experience "Gratitude in Real Time," and I hope you can join us!
