Learn at Lunch What is Empathy? How can we teach it to children? (Virtual) 

One of the earliest things we can do to teach our children empathy is to label their emotions. We need to give them the language to talk about emotions, and we also need to help them link those emotions to their behaviors and the sensations they feel in their bodies. In this training we will talk about when and how you can start to do this with Infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
