Coursework Development Meetings

Meetings begin on Tuesday, April 26, at 8:30 AM and end on Friday, April 29, by 12:00 PM. Travel days are Monday, April 25 and Friday, April 29. All are welcome to attend!

Please note the following:

• For Consortium member agencies, the ITLC arranges and pays for travel, accommodation, meals/daily per diem for the two assigned subject matter experts.
• If your agency is not a Consortium member, you are responsible for your own expenses. You may contact the hotel directly to ask for the ITLC room rate.
• If your agency is not a Consortium member, the ITLC will reimburse your agency for allowable expenses providing your agency signs an agreement to join the Consortium by August 1, 2022, and agrees to pay membership dues for 2022 and 2023.

The City of Philadelphia Public Health Department makes weekly announcements regarding protocol and mandates for COVID-19. As of February 24, there is no vaccine requirement for places that serve food or drink in Philadelphia. Masks are required in indoor public places.
