This is a 4 day cooking workshop taught by Kids Cooking Green at the CNS Kitchen, 2325 Mass Ave, Lexington Ma. for kids in grades 4-8 who love to bake.
Class meets Monday-Thursday July 11-14 from 3:30 pm-6:00. Most of our time is spent in the kitchen but we will sit ourside under the tents to eat dinner. We will also take a field trip to the Lexington Farmers Market on Tuesday (weather permitting) to shop and talk with farmers who have grown our food. This is an in person class and th fee includes all instruction as well as food cost. Our small class size will allow for each student to have as much hands on as possible.
Recipes will include: Homemade Pasta and Sauce, Savory Tarts, Maple Syrup Ice Cream, Berry Cobbler and more!
