SC AHEC Family Medicine Interest Day 

Join us in Columbia for a day of networking and skills workshops with the SC Family Medicine Residency Programs. The day will include a welcome lunch, skills workshops with residency program faculty and residents, and networking sessions with the programs. Program starts at 11:30am, you can pick up your badge & materials starting at 10am.

Hotel Information

Hotel rooms for Saturday night (August 27) are provided and paid for by SC AHEC for registered attendees who need accommodations. To secure a hotel room, use the link below to book a reservation. SC AHEC will not reimburse for rooms reserved outside of the conference block and/or at other hotels. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the conference room block is full, attendees are responsible for finding, securing and paying for their own accommodations.

Note: SC AHEC pays for room fee charges only and only for rooms reserved from the conference block via the link above. Students will be required to provide a card number during the reservation process and present their card at check-in to cover incidental charges and to secure a room. The hotel will run a $50 pre-authorization. If no additional charges are placed against the room, the $50 hold will be removed. If a debit card is used, the $50 will be deducted from the account and returned after check-out. Paid accommodations are only available for registered attendees who participate in Family Medicine Interest Day. If you secure a hotel reservation and fail to cancel it and/or attend the event, you may be held responsible for full hotel charges.
