Building Compassion Resilience

The past two years have been rough on everyone, but especially our helping professionals and parents. Rates of burnout and compassion fatigue are high, educators and other professionals are leaving the education, health, human services sectors.

Join us on June 15th to learn how to build Compassion Resilience and reconnect to the joy and reward of helping others, both what you as an individual can do and what your school or agency can do to prevent staff burnout and foster resilience. And learn more about Resilient Lehigh Valley, a community-driven effort to promote hope and healing in our community through trauma informed and culturally responsive practices and systems.
