Join us to learn two tools to immediately incorporate into your business for positive, effective, & authentic time and task management.

Because you are a business owner, I confidently assume you are an extremely hard worker. But is your hard work utilized in the most effective way? Does your hard work promote not only business success, but the feeling of success?

How many hours a week do you spend on non-beneficial or energy-draining tasks? Where could you become more efficient or cost-effective throughout your week? What is the trick to ensuring goal-attainment WHILE enjoying the dream life you envision as a business owner?

If you would like to ensure a sustainable & authentically successful business, join me in the customization of your self-management toolkit: the goal & time inventories. This weekly accountability system allows you to collect data to back the feeling that you are (or are not) making progress toward your goals, effectively use your time, and stay aligned with your version of success.

During this workshop, you will learn a unique approach to track time, the essentials of goal development & attainment, and an impactful reflective practice based in positive psychology. Furthermore, you will walk away from this session with two personalized tools to immediately implement into your weekly routine, a greater understanding of yourself, and a foundation to support continued success.

Presented By: Marin Laukka

My name is Marin Laukka, and I am the business owner of Yes&, LLC. As a coach, I endorse an important balance between the utility of research and data with authentic experiences and wisdom. A Master’s degree in positive developmental psychology established my foundational, research-based understanding of the practices and outcomes that constitute a life of flourishing and wellbeing. Professional training in the field of evaluation revealed the importance of accountability and data-driven decision making, and provided me with a unique skillset to utilize in the development of Yes& programs and client work. Moreover, certifications in yoga and life coaching cultivated my ability to ask powerful questions, hold grounded space for reflection and exploration, and guide myself and others toward a full, authentic life.

I believe it is paramount to maintain a healthy work-life blend. Rock climbing is my latest active adventure, and I will always make room for chocolate peanut butter ice cream. Of utmost importance, I also have an overwhelming love for dogs.

Through Yes&, I offer one-on-one coaching packages, workshops, and an annual client retreat. One of my favorite parts of the job is jumping on the phone with a client for the very first time; I am consistently awe-struck by the capability & courageous transformation of people, and I would be honored to share this experience with you.
