All businesses face legal issues; small businesses are often focused on everything but legal matters. There are several legal issues that small businesses may face and ways to handle them properly.

Our presenter is John Donner who is the former managing attorney for the WNY Small Business legal Clinic.  He recently joined Buffalo law firm of Roach, Lennon & Brown.  John is a past volunteer for SCORE Buffalo Niagara and a regular workshop presenter for SCORE.   He earned his law degree at the University of Buffalo and has degrees in engineering and business.
