Presented by Sue Ginsburg.  Sue Ginsburg brings decades of experience in a wide range of marketing arenas, including brand management, strategic marketing, and business development.  Through her work both inside and outside the corporate world, she has gained extensive experience marketing in a number of industries.  Monitoring metrics for insights applicable to the business has always been an important element in how Sue helps businesses grow.  Sue has grown business and pipelines 25-100% and expanded locations and customers both domestically and worldwide. 

Ms. Ginsburg began her career at 3M Company, where she worked in marketing research and strategic planning, before focusing on brand management. At 3M, Sue learned marketing best practices and has been applying them her entire career to help all size companies grow.

Ms. Ginsburg’s work experience includes 10 years in the international marketplace, where she worked with various organizations and firms in a broad array of business growth efforts. From this work, Ms. Ginsburg has gained solid experience working with multi-national companies, as well as small/medium size companies. in fast growth mode.  As online marketing has grown in importance, it has become a bigger part of how Sue helps businesses grow.  

Working on her own for the past twenty years, Sue advises  businesses on the best marketing tools to accomplish their specific goals cost effectively, strengthening website into selling tools  and attracting more leads online.  For the past 18 months, Sue has teamed up with Intrycks as “Client Success Specialist”, acting as client advocate to help choose the online marketing solutions that will best grow each individual business. Throughout her work, analyzing metrics for the insights available has remained an important tool assisting businesses grow cost effectively. 

Ms. Ginsburg received her MBA in Marketing and Finance from the William E. Simon School of Business. She holds her undergraduate degree in Statistics from the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York. 

Although Ms. Ginsburg’s interests have included participating in triathlons in the past, her triathlon now consists of her work, her family, and her home. Personal interests include travel, NBA basketball, and outdoor sports, including rollerblading, stand up paddle boarding, bicycling and hiking.

Presented by Jesse Dolan. Jesse has been an entrepreneur and business owner since the late 1900’s (1999 to be exact) when he was the COO for International Office Technologies, a local IT services and equipment sales company in MN.  In the early 2000’s Jesse helped grow the company by transitioning from a traditional cold calling, direct mail, and “interruption marketing” strategy to an “inbound marketing” strategy that leveraged websites and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to grow the business instead. 

This shift in strategy worked, and ultimately led to many new clients asking not just for IT equipment – they wanted help getting their own websites ranked high in Google, too.  This pushed Jesse and his internal marketing team to start serving clients externally, designing websites and providing SEO services to help clients grow their businesses. 

In 2015 the success resulted in the internal marketing department being spun off, and Intrycks was created.  Jesse is Co-Founder and CEO of Intrycks, which serves clients with SEO and digital marketing around the globe.  Jesse may be best known as the host of the Local SEO Tactics podcast, launched in 2018 and listened to by thousands of marketers and businesses owners each week.

Jesse’s unique viewpoint of SEO and online marketing as an experienced business owner - not a career web designer - provides valuable insights as to the ROI and goals that make online marketing work for local businesses.
