• Registration fee for Active Pastors is $50 ($60 after April 14th). Please complete the registration below and pay your registration fee even if you are unable to attend.
• Emeritii, Chaplains, Vicars and Candidates are complimentary but MUST register below.
• Purchase meal tickets at this site ONLY if you will NOT be staying at Madden's during the conference (the Madden's package includes all meals).
