GFWC Georgia Federation 127th State Convention 

Ladies,

This is the official Call and online registration form for the GFWC Georgia 127th Annual Convention which will be hosted by the North West District and held on April 21-23, 2023 at Atlanta Marriott Northeast/Emory Area, 2000 Century Blvd. NE, Atlanta, GA. 30345. Below please find everything you will need to register for convention, book your hotel, items to bring, etc. Please review the Bylaws attached below.  They will be discussed and voted on at convention - don't forget to appoint your delegates. We know you will enjoy this beautiful venue and our convention.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

We understand that not every club member has a computer, but you know who those ladies are, so please assist them with registering online.

TWO STEPS
Registration is a two step process.

Step One - Click on the "Register Now" button below and complete your registration to attend our Convention.  All required fields have an asterisk beside them. The middle section of the form is where you will purchase your meals. The description and price of each meal displays in the block. Please enter the number 1 in the quantity field beside each meal you want to purchase. Under the payment section please note that there are two options for payment (credit card or check), once you click the "Register Now" button and the system will process your registration and email you a confirmation.  If you choose the check payment method, please mail your check to the state office at GFWC Georgia, P.O. Box 39, Tallulah Falls, Georgia 30573.

We will have Vendors at Convention, so please remember to shop and visit with them.

Step Two- Click Book Your Hotel link below to reserve your hotel room at the Atlanta Marriott Northeast/Emory Area.  From the upper right hand corner click the blue box: Lowest Rate Guaranteed Book Online.  Enter your arrival date and select the number of room nights.  Enter Group "Georgia Federation of Women"  Click on the Check now and complete required information to make a reservation.     The hotel system will also send you an email confirmation.  You also have the option to call the Atlanta Marriott Northeast/Emory Area and ask for the Group Code "Georgia Federation of Women".  The rates begin at $135 a night plus taxes and fees.

22DEADLINES
The deadline to reserve your hotel room is March 22, 2023  Registration closes on April 7, 2022.  After this date a $25.00 late fee will be applied to your registration fee.

Please remember your RSVP is your commitment to pay for all fees, meals, and donations included in your registration confirmation.  With your RSVP, our organization provides the hotel with a guaranteed headcount which obligates GFWC Georgia to pay for meals and seating on your behalf.  All cancellaitons should be done before the April 7, 2023 deadline.  After that date, meals and credit card fees are nonrefundable.
