Please join us Nassau County Cafe Connection in partnership with the Nassau County Office for the Aging, The Bristal and Barry & Florence Freidberg JCC in Oceanside. This special event is exclusively for family caregivers of adults with dementia and who live in Nassau County. Come meet your neighbors and make new friends. Building Community.
