Have mood swings? Depressed? Do you eat sweets when you are stressed or depressed? Come and learn about the energetics of food, food addictions and cravings, and balancing hormones through food. Start the holiday season with nourishing yourself with positive attitude foods. We will develop your own personal plan.

In addition to developing corporate wellness programs for traveling, busy executives and business managers, Tina also currently consults for natural food companies in the US. Tina is passionate about helping to transform America’s food system by bringing more safer, more wholesome and healthier options to consumers by helping food companies innovate new product strategies and advocating for healthy choices on behalf of her clients. Tina Hong has received her health coach training at the world-recognized, Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She also brings hands-on experience as a healthcare advocate and caretaker for 10 years while her father battled terminal cancer. Based on her personal experience with her dad’s sensitive health conditions, Tina became passionate about educating people about taking the matter of one’s own health in their own hands. She strongly believes and teaches that the quality of daily life can be attained through food and nutrition and balancing stress, especially for people with chronic or debilitating diseases. Coming from corporate marketing at large food and beverage companies over 20 years, Tina brings many insights about how packaged food gets produced today and believes that consumers can influence widespread changes by voting with their food purchases and lifestyle choices.

Tina works one on one with private clients as well as group coaching programs for people who are struggling with healthy weight, depression and anxiety, food addictions, high stress and adrenal fatigue. Her programs cover a range of offerings including; Transformational Group Wellness Challenges, Personal One-on-One Coaching, Group Wellness Workshops and Corporate Health and Wellness Programs.
