Friday, April 7_Tribute Farewell Dinner for Dr. Tom Vaughan
After spending nearly 40 years in Laredo, Dr. Tom Vaughan and his wife, Pam, will be moving this spring to Tucson to be closer to their family. Please join us as we celebrate his 3 decades of service to protecting and improving the state of the river, its watershed, and our local environment. Partial proceeds to benefit the RGISC endowment fund.
