Legal Standards, taught by Elizabeth Hill, LCADC, CCS, CODSl, is designed to familiarize participants with potential legal aspects associated with addiction counseling and the specific responsibilities in New Jersey. The term “therapeutic jurisprudence” will be introduced to examine the interaction between the legal system and treatment provisions.
