Mindfulness Series - Outdoor Yoga Class
Join ACT for the return of our September Mindfulness Series! This class will be held Saturday, September 16th, 8:30am at Pearl Lake Conservation Area in Lisbon with Renee Blacken. Class costs $10, pay by cash or check on the day. Can't wait to see you there for a morning of mindful movement!
