Water Policy Topic of November 4 Forum
New Mexico First President Heather Balas will present the recommendations and results of the Town Hall on Water Planning, Development & Use at the November 4th Business in the Borderplex Forum. The town hall produced a platform of 15 consensus recommendations, garnering support from a strong majority of the participants.
