The TOUSSAINT L'OUVERTURE SYMPOSIUM & SMALL BUSINESS EXPO

An educational and recreational program that involves discussions about the historical achievements of Toussaint L'Ouverture, a 19th century national Icon of Haiti, and his impact on the United States. It is also a celebration of the co-naming of Nostrand Avenue to Toussaint L'Ouverture Blvd that was facilitated by our Brooklyn Borough President.
