Organic Cover Cropping Workshop

This workshop will feature speakers from Cornell University presenting in depth information on cover cropping and reduced tillage for small vegetable growers with an emphasis on organic systems. There will be a tour of the cover crop demonstration with multiple species and mixes of cover crops, reduced tillage tools and a row crop interseeder.
