Adult Mental Health First Aid

This Mental Health First Aid training will teach adults how to help others who are struggling with mental/behavioral health issues. The course covers common mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, psychosis, and substance use. Participants will receive a course manual as well as meals. The training is FREE.
