4th Annual Moving Forward Together Secondary Transition Community Fair & Forum: November 2-3, 2012

DC Partners in Transition invites the community to come together for a 2-day event about the transition of DC youth with disabilities into education, employment, and independence. Friday is a resource fair for schools and students, with career exploration. Saturday's forum is open to all and includes workshops, lots of information, and networking.
